How we work Providers create a profile on our platform. Customers can submit requests, and providers can respond with a quote. SSP facilitates this process but is not a party to the agreement between customer and provider. Verification Providers can share documents and profile information with SSP for review. If SSP shows a review-related label, it means information was submitted and reviewed, not that SSP guarantees quality, safety, or outcomes. Reviews Customers can leave reviews after a service is completed. All reviews are moderated by our team before they are published. Complaints Do you have a complaint about a provider?
